Registration requires attendance on both days. Registrants will receive 12 hours of continuing education (CE) credit for participation in the education session and community service event. You must include your certificate of liability and provider license numbers during online registration to qualify. We require offices and clinics to sign up as a team (minimum of two and maximum of four members per team) – the community service event on August 5 requires team participation. A dental team must consist of at least one dentist along with one to three clinical office staff, which can be any combination of another dentist, dental assistants and/or hygienists.

This two-day seminar has a limited attendance of nine dental teams. Once nine dental teams have registered, a wait list will be started. Registrants on the wait list will be notified if a spot becomes available.
